2号催化反再系统流化问题分析和解决办法 被引量:2

摘要 长岭分公司二联合车间1Mt/a重油催化裂化装置经多次改造后,2号反应再生系统流化异常问题仍未得到解决,致使操作条件发生大幅波动,装置被迫降量处理,甚至不得不切断进料。经分析,影响该装置立管流化平稳运行的主要因素是催化剂性质、反应再生系统工况和立管松动点的设置。采取的措施包括:加快进料,向系统中补充新鲜剂,或者往一再、二再燃烧油喷嘴里面注入一定量的蒸汽,使大粒径催化剂在水蒸气存在的情况下高温热崩破裂成小粒径催化剂,以保证整个反再系统内0~40μm的催化剂含量稳定在15%左右;通过制定措施及加强考核等手段平稳操作条件,增加再生线路的推动力,确保三器压力平衡;调整立管松动点风量分布,使再生滑阀前第一个松动点也即敏感点的风量给至最大,开启部分松动点确保供应适量的流动风。以上措施实施后,流化波动次数大为减少。 The No.2 reactor/regenerator system of the 1Mt/a FCC unit in the No.2 Combined Workshop of SINOPEC Changling Company had long suffered from abnormal fluidization although the FCC unit had been upgraded multiple times.As a result,the operating conditions of the unit fluctuated dramatically and the company had to reduce the processing volume of the unit and even had to cut the feedstock into pieces.Analysis showed that the main factors affecting the smooth fluidization in the riser of the unit were the properties of catalysts used,the operating conditions of the reactor/regenerator system as well as the location of the aeration orifices in the riser.The measures taken include:feeding at a faster speed;replenishing the system with fresh additives or injecting a certain amount of steam into the fuel nozzles of the primary and secondary regenerators to enable catalysts of large grain size to break into catalysts of small grain size at a high temperature and in the presence of vapor to ensure that about 15% of the catalysts in the reactor/regenerator system are the ones with a grain size of 0-40μm;stabilizing operating conditions by taking new measures or strengthening assessment to give impetus to the regeneration line to ensure device pressure balance ;adjusting the distribution of air at the aeration orifices in the riser to maximize the volume of air at the first aeration orifice before the regenerator slide valve,i.e.the sensitive point,and opening some aeration orifices to supply an appropriate amount of circulating air.After the above measures were taken,the frequency of fluctuation of fluidization dropped significantly.
