摘要
采用扫描电镜和能谱分析方法,对柴油机缸体孔洞类缺陷的表面微观特征进行了观察和分析,从而对缺陷类别和形成机理作出正确判断,进而提出相应的改进措施,达到了减少或消除缺陷、降低缸体废品率的效果。
By observing and analyzing microscopic characters of cylinder block＇s typical defect with SEM and EDM,the sorts of defect were determined,the reasons causing defect were investigated,and process improving measures were proposed.The result achieved was that the defects were reduced or eliminated,and the rejection rate of cylinder block was decreased.
