臭氧水治疗阴道炎临床效果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨臭氧水治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病和细菌性阴道病的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机开放平行对照研究。选取细菌性阴道病组(BV)受试者180例,随机分为单纯臭氧水治疗组、单纯药物(奥硝唑栓)治疗组和药物配伍臭氧水(臭氧配伍奥硝唑栓)治疗组;选取患有外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)组受试者180例,随机分为单纯臭氧水治疗组、单纯药物(达克宁栓)治疗组和药物配伍臭氧水(臭氧配伍达克宁栓)治疗组;均于治疗前、治疗结束后第3天观察临床症状及体征,并进行阴道分泌物病原学检查。结果 3种治疗方法对治疗BV和VVC效果相当,且药物配伍臭氧水治疗组疗效优于其它2组,360例受试者中无不良事件与严重不良事件发生。结论臭氧水治疗BV和VVC安全、有效,且臭氧配伍药物治疗效果更佳,值得在基层推广。 Objective To discusse the effectiveness and safety of ozone liquid in treating bacteria vaginosis (BV) and vulvovaginai candidiasis (VVC).Methods By the method of random-open-parallel-controlled study.180 women with BV were divided into 3 groups: pure ozone therap group,medicine therapy group and medicine combined with ozone therapy group.180 women with VVC were divided into three groups: pure ozone therap group,medicine therapy group and medicine combined with ozone group.Symptoms,signs,examination of laboratory before therapy and after therapy 3 days were observed to determine the effect.Results Three kinds of therapy were effective in treatment of 2 kinds of vaginitis ,but the effect of medicine combined with ozone group was better than that of other groups.Conclusion Ozone liquid is safe,effective and may be accepted easily by patients with vaginitis.
