摘要
生态环境承载力直接影响着城市带的可持续发展。基于生态环境承载力理论与方法,借鉴已有研究成果,结合宁夏沿黄城市带实际,构建了由2个一级指标,7个二级指标,共26个三级指标或生成指标构成的评价指标体系,运用因子分析法和模糊聚类法,系统分析宁夏沿黄城市带生态环境承载力状况。研究结果显示,宁夏沿黄城市带生态环境承载力差异较大,一类区平罗县的综合得分(0.789)分别高出二类区银川的综合得分(0.042)和三类区石嘴山的综合得分(-0.108)0.747和0.897。据此,提出了建设生态文明城市带的基本思路,即发展生态经济,一类区着力发展生态农业;二类区发展生态工业和生态服务业;三类区要着力构建生态工业体系,从根本上缓解生态环境压力。
Eco-environmental carrying capacity influences the sustainable development of the urban belt directly.Based on the theory and method of the eco-environmental carrying capacity,drawing on existing research results,combining the practice condition of the urban belt along the yellow river in Ningxia,we constructed the evaluation index system including two first grade indexes,seven second grade indexes,twenty-six third grade indexes using principal component analysis and fussy cluster,and analyzed the state of the urban belt along the Yellow River in Ningxia systematicly.The results show that the deviations of the eco-environmental carrying capacity of the urban belt along the Yellow River in Ningxia is large,the comprehensive score of one class area Pingluo county(0.789) is higher than two class area Yinchuan(0.042) with 0.747,higher than three class area Shizuishan(-0.108) with 0.897.According to this,we put forward basic ideal to construct ecological civilization urban belt and develop ecological economy.The first class should be focus on the development of ecological agriculture,the second class should be developing ecological industry and ecological services,the third class area should focus on building ecological industrial system in order to ease the pressure of the eco-environment radically.
