摘要
环境承载力的量化是了解区域承载能力的重要手段,其研究仍限于采用指标体系综合评价的思路,难以准确、量化地反映实际环境承载力.基于环境承载力的全新理解,提出通过表征环境承载力组成(即资源供给能力、环境纳污能力、生态服务能力和社会支持能力)的思路,达到具体、全面地衡量区域环境承载力的目的.通过厘定或改进资源供给能力、环境纳污能力和社会支持能力的计算方法,并提出生态服务能力计算方法,建立起实用的环境承载力量化模型.同时提出修正向量模法,为环境承载力的综合计算提供方法基础.以宁波市为例,通过环境承载力的具体量化实践检验上述方法的可行性与实用性.
Measuring Environmental Carrying Capacity ( understanding a regional carrying capacity. Traditional accurate and quantitative results for using integrated ECC ) provides an important tool for measurements of ECC couldn' t bring out assessment method with an ECC index system. A new method, based on reconsidering the concept of ECC, is proposed. It could present a specific four components and comprehensive measurement of ECC for a certain region by computing of ECC separately (i. e. resources supplying capacity, environmental assimilative capacity, ecosystem serving capacity, and society supporting capacity ). A methodology for measuring ECC is developed by discriminating and improving traditional tools or even proposing new tools for computing all the components of ECC. Furthermore, an updated vector-magnitude method is presented for integrated measurement of ECC. And above measurement methods of ECC is tested by applications in the Ningbo City of China.
