摘要
目的：将近20年有关灸法治疗面肌痉挛的临床报道进行归纳、总结.方法：通过对维普期刊全文数据库的计算机检索,获得1989年至2010年有关灸法治疗面肌痉挛的中文文献.结果：共获得文献21篇,其中采用温针灸5篇,艾条灸10篇,艾炷灸3篇,隔物灸3篇.结论：灸法治疗面肌痉挛疗效肯定,但尚缺乏大量重复、对照、随机的证据支持.
Objective： To induce and summarize the clinical reports about treating hemifacial spasmfacial by acupuncture in 20 years. Methods： By computer retrieval of full-text database of journals in VIP, get chinese literatures about treating hemifacial spasmfacial by acupuncture in vip from 1989 to 2010. Results： We get 21 literatures include 5 acupuncture with warmed needle literatures, 10 moxa stick moxibustion literatures, 3 loess cake moxibustion literatures. Conclusion： Curative effect of moxihustion in treating hemifacial spasmfacial is positive but lack generous reduplicate, contrast, random evidence to support.
