摘要
目的:探讨三联疗法治疗顽固性面肌痉挛的疗效。方法:针灸治疗采取面部丛刺法配合体针及颈椎的牵引推拿、小针刀治疗、面神经干和末稍支封闭治疗。结果:54例患者痊愈21例,显效25例,好转8例。结论:3种疗法联合应用治疗顽固性面肌痉挛有较好的疗效,可从根本上解除面神经的异常兴奋和异位传导,起到舒经通络,熄风止痉的作用。
Objective： To explore the best approach of treating intractable facial spasm. Methods： Patients received multiple therapeutic methods such as body acupuncture, traction manipulation, small needle-knife treatment, neural block therapy, and so on. Results： Among 54 cases, 21 cases were cured, 25 cases obviously improved and 8 cases improved. Conclusion： The three combination therapy for intractable facial spasm had a good effect. Triple therapy could funda- mentally get rid of facial nerve conduction abnormalities excitement and ectopic and achieve the effect of relaxing sinews, activating collaterals and extinguishing wind to arrest convulsions.
