干热河谷生态灾变的历史成因及治理对策研究——以贵州北盘江、濛江、樟江灾变区为例 被引量:8

摘要 贵州由于自然环境与开发史进程的独特性,致使干热河谷生态灾变形式表现为喀斯特石漠化灾变与干热河谷荒漠化灾变复合并存,这一灾变目前已成了制约贵州经济建设和生态建设的主要障碍。为了探明贵州干热河谷灾变的历史成因,寻求有效的治理对策,以珠江水系贵州省各支流灾变区为研究对象,通过对灾变形成原因的综合考察,认为干热河谷灾变景观的出现,是采用了与当地并不能兼容的开发手段,经长期积累后而诱发的生态退变。进而认为要根治贵州省干热河谷灾变,除了国家立法干预外,还得充分发掘、利用原生地各民族的传统生计方式以推动当地的生态恢复,这样贵州的干热河谷生态灾变救治才可望收到理想成效。 Due to the specificity of natural environment and the process of developing history in Guizhou,leading to dry heat river valley ecology disaster in the form of the karst Rocky Desertification and dry heat river valley desertification cataclysm compound coexisting,this disaster has become the major obstacle for Guizhou's economic construction and ecological construction now.In order to ascertain the historical reason of dry heat river valley and seek the effective government countermeasure,this article takes tributaries of the pearl river in Guizhou as the object of study,after through the comprehensive survey of the reason caused the ecological disaster,the author think the appearance of dry heat river valley landscape caused by using the ways of development which was not compatible with local ecology in Guizhou,after the long-term accumulation,induced ecological degeneration at last.So the author think that in order to cure the ecological disaster in dry heat river valley,besides national legislative intervention,exploring and using the local livelihood which can promote the local ecology's restoration also should be included,in this way,the cure of ecological disaster in dry heat river valley in Guizhou hopes to receive an ideal result.
