摘要
92例声带息肉患者在全麻支撑喉镜下行息肉摘除,通过术前、术中、术后的精心护理,建立良好的护患关系,取得了满意的效果,患者声嘶症状缓解,无一例复发。围手术期的护理对全麻治疗声带息肉的疗效起重要作用,值得重视。
Ninety-two patients with vocal cord polyps were polypectomied after general anesthesia by self-retaining laryngoscope. Good relations between nurses and patients were establised through the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative elaborate nursing, which guaranteed the satisfactory results of relief of symptoms of hoarseness and no recurrence. It is worth to pay attention to perioperative nursing for the curative effect of vocal polyps.
