摘要
目的研究全麻支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术患者的围手术期护理方式。方法选取我院收治的56例声带息肉摘除患者随机分为两组,对照组运用常规护理,观察组运用围手术期护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成,手术3个月后,观察组患者声带恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理应用于全麻支撑镜下声带息肉摘除术患者有助于提高患者手术成功率及患者满意度,对患者术后声音恢复起到重要作用。
Objective To study the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing laryngoscopic polypectomy under general anesthesia. Methods 56 patients with vocal cord polyp removed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with perioperative nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation of all patients was completed successfully. The vocal cord recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group after 3 months（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve the success rate of operation and the satisfaction degree of patients with vocal cord polypectomy under the support of general anesthesia. It plays an important role in the recovery of patients＇ voice.
