摘要
基于法向量展开的射线法与正交展开算法,针对框肋类零件中具有下陷和不封闭侧壁特征的板件展开过程中所遇到的问题,恰当融合了上述两种展开方法,避免了展开过程中的网格重叠与展开方向不精确问题。通过测试计算,改进后的算法快速高效,得到的零件毛坯形状合理准确。
Against some problems such as concave feature and opened side walls in the spreading process of sheet metal parts,a new hybrid approach has been developed to avoid the element overlap and wrong spreading direction by combining the advantages of orthogonal length development method and radial spreading approach based on normal vector.Through practical application,the approach has been approved to be efficient.The obtained blank is more reasonable in shape.
