摘要
针对射线法展开钣金零件的不足,以几何映射原理和钣金零件三角网格信息为基础,兼顾零件带孔情况,建立了考虑外法向的射线法展开算法。展开实例表明,所提出的展开算法高效、实用,所得到的零件毛坯形状相对合理正确,为一步法快速分析优化提供了良好的初值。
For some disadvantages in the practice of existing radial spreading method, a new radial spreading approach with a concern of outside normal direction, which was based on geometric mapping method and triangle meshes, was developed to resolve blank design problem of sheet metal part with or without hole features. Through practical application, the effectiveness and usefulness of this ap- proach are evaluated, and the development result is more reasonable, meanwhile, the obtained blank shape will be a better initial values in the application of one-step quickly analysis and optimum.
