摘要
为考查定向结构麦秸板(OSSB)作为建筑结构单体材料使用时的耐火性能,采用单面喷涂阻燃涂料的方法,对OSSB的阻燃性能进行了相关研究。结果表明:随着OSSB表面阻燃剂喷涂量的增加,阻燃性能明显增强;阻燃剂喷涂量为102g/m2时,即可满足C-s1,d0,t2级耐火性能的要求;阻燃剂喷涂量为204g/m2时,耐火性能可达到B-s1,d0,t2级,能够满足轻钢结构和木结构住宅建筑耐火性能和耐火等级的需要。此外,硼酸盐粉剂除主要具有防腐功效外,同时还对阻燃性能具有一定的贡献。
An experiment was conducted to study the fire retardant properties of oriented structural straw board(OSSB)by one-side spraying treatment to clarify the fire resistant properties using OSSB as a building material.With the increase of fire-retardant spraying levels,the fire retardant properties of OSSB panels were dramatically improved,which could meet grade C-s1,d0,t2 at 102g/m^2 and grade B-s1,d0,t2 at 204g/m^2.This means that fire retardant-treated OSSB can meet the fire requirements for both light steel and wood structural residential buildings.It was also found that the preservatives of borate contributed to the improvement of fire retardant properties of OSSB.
