摘要
轻钢结构住宅与其它类住宅通用体系相比 ,有许多优点 ,值得广泛的推广应用 ,但在我国效果却不像人们事先想象的那样乐观 ;笔者就其存在的问题展开阐述 。
Compared with other common residential building s ys tems, light steel structure residential building has many advantages and it is w o rth of spreading. But the effect is not so optimistic as people imagining in our country. The author states the problems of it and puts forward relevant counter measures.
