摘要
目的研究超声辅助提取木蝴蝶种子中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法以黄芩苷为对照品,木蝴蝶总黄酮得率为考察指标,通过正交实验法优选超声提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。结果所考察因素中,木蝴蝶总黄酮的提取工艺中各因素影响程度为:超声时间(D)>超声功率(C)>料液比(B)>乙醇浓度(A),最佳水平搭配为A1B3C2D3。结论木蝴蝶总黄酮最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度为60%,料液比:1∶30,超声提取1次,时间50min,超声功率:210W,在此条件下总黄酮提取率为23.829%。
Objective To study the optimal extraction technical parameters of total flavonoids from Oroxylum indicum by ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Methods Single-factor analysis and orthogonal design with baicalin as a standard were used to review and optimize the extraction process according to extraction yield of total flavonoids in the same conditions. Results The order of factors which affected the flavonoids extraction was time of ultrasonic treatment ultrasound power ratio of liquid to material ethanol concentration,and the best match was A1B3C2D3. Conclusion The best extraction conditions of Oroxylum indicum can be established as follows: alcohol concentration 60% ,at the solid-liquid ratio of 1: 30,each time 50 min for 1 time and ultrasound power 210 W,the content of total flavonoids is 23. 829% .
