摘要
以船用甲板起重机定位作业工况的工作幅度准确调整问题为研究对象,根据船用甲板起重机倾角的变化要求,采用BP神经网络算法,在起重机电气控制系统中引入神经网络PID控制器。Matlab仿真结果分析表明,在风浪引起船体倾角变化的情况下,通过控制变幅机构和回转机构,船用甲板起重机工作幅度能随之自动调整,实现船用甲板起重机准确定位的作业要求。
Taking the problem of the accurate positioning to the offshore deck crane working range as the research object,according to the offshore deck crane inclination angle's change request,the neural network PID controller was introduced in the crane electric control system.The Matlab simulation result analysis indicated that in the situation of stormy waves causes the hull inclination angle change,the offshore deck crane working radius can control automatically by controlling the luffing and slewing machinery so as to realize its accurate positioning.
