摘要
目的观察开胸结扎冠状动脉与微创冠状动脉内球囊封堵法制备急性心肌梗死(AMI)模型的异同。方法选用贵州小型猪,分别应用开胸结扎冠状动脉法与微创法,阻断冠状动脉左前降支中段血流,造成急性心肌梗死,比较观察两种方法制备急性心肌梗死模型的异同。结果两种方法均可以成功制备急性心肌梗死模型,冠脉造影无显著差异。开胸结扎法造模后动物心肌酶升高水平与临床急性心肌梗死患者心肌酶水平变化有差异。微创法应用造影剂可能会有一过性肾功能损伤。结论微创法对实验结果干扰较小,与临床条件相近,是很好的造模方法。
Objective To compare the ligation coronary through open-chest(open-chest method) with the obstruction of coronary through vascular intervention(minimally invasive method) in minipigs.Methods Respectively using the open-chest and minimally invasive methods,the acute myocardium infarction(AMI) models were built up in minipigs which had similar coronary with human beings.Results Both methods could build up the AMI models in minipigs and had the same pathologic changes.There were some pathophysiological differences between the two methods.Conclusions The model type through open-chest method had respiratory changes and its myocardial enzyme evolvement did not in accord with clinic cases,where the minimally invasive method did not.
