就学生"摸拟公司"的基本运作方式及其对提高大学生综合能力的作用进行了概述,并对其应用于农科专业人才培养创新模式的新探索进行了探讨和展望。
The basic operation manners of student-simulate-corporation and its function on improving the comprehensive competence of under- graduate was summarized. And addition to this, the innovate model on agricultural personnel training with student-simulate-corporation was discussed and prospected.
