摘要
高等教育大大众化背景下大学青年教师培养,价值和意义已是不需论证的问题。大学青年教师队伍的现状与发展趋势,也是明晰和确定的。当前至关重要的问题,是影响高校现实发展和未来走向的青年教师群体,在培养和发展过程中存在的培养内容和途径的改进和优化问题。
Under the background of higher education popularization , the value and significance of the training for the university and college young teachers is the question without argument. The present situation and the develop- ment tendency of young teachers in the university and college is clear. The crucial question is how to improve and optimize the training contents and approaches.
