摘要
高职院校毕业生的就业率与就业质量是高职院校人才培养的一项重要工作,也是衡量高职院校办学水平与人才培养质量的重要指标。高职院校应从"一个突破口,三个合作点"的新思路入手,积极参与构建完善的毕业生就业长效机制,以促进学生更好地就业。
The employment rate and quality of the employment is an important task of the talents cultivation forthe vocational college graduates.It is also a crucial index in Assessing the Schooling Level and quality of talents cultivation for the vocational colleges.A new idea,＂one breakthrough,three cooperative points＂,is a good choice to establish the long-term mechanism and betteremployment forthe vocational colleges.
