摘要
基于对筛分机械现状的分析,设计制造出一款磁流变减振器。探讨了振动测试试验台的搭建以及测试系统的工作流程。通过分析磁流变减振器的应用以及励磁电流的增加、位移信号方差值变化的特点,验证了所设计减振器的有效性,对下一步工作的开展起到了重要作用。
Based on the analysis of current situation of screening machine, a type of magneto-rheological absorber is designed. The setting of test-bed for vibratory test and the working process are discussed. The effectiveness of absorber is verified through the analysis of the increment of exciting current and characteristics of displacement signal's variance change, which is helpful to further development.
