摘要
基于城市创新形成的产业集群生态系统是一个具有开放性和远离平衡的经济、科技和社会共生发展的复杂系统。城市创新与产业集群在依存空间、创新系统、功能目标及生态特征等方面的关联对接,是集群生态系统形成与发展的基础。系统内各要素联系互动形成的"两层四群"网络结构,决定着系统功能。在非线性作用下,各要素竞争协作,形成了系统的自组织演化机制,推动了系统的演化发展。
The industrial clusters ecosystem based on city innovation is a complex economical,technical and social development open ecosystem,which is far from equilibrium.The connections with space,function and goal,innovation system and ecosystem characteristic,constitutes the foundation for the industrial colony ecosystem forming and developing.In the system,various essential factors interact to form the network architecture,and to attain the system function.As a result to the misalignment function,various essential factors compete and cooperate to form the self-organization evolvement mechanism.Their combined action promotes system evolvement and development.
