摘要
近年来随着高职学院招生规模的不断扩大以及招生渠道的变化,高职学院学生生源质量受到影响,违纪学生处理已成为广大学生管理工作者思考的问题。部分高校开除违纪学生饱受质疑,"大学生状告母校"的事件时有发生,给学生和校方都带来了巨大的负面影响,这引起我们对学生违纪处理的深度思考。因此,新时期针对高职学院办学模式以及面对90后的受教育群体,学生教育管理在以人为本的前提下更要积极探索对违纪学生教育的新模式。
Along with large-scale recruit students and changes of recruitment channel,the qualities of students have been influenced deeply,which leaves the problems of the management of students who violate the disciplines to the teachers.Some institutes expelled the violating the disciplines students,which questioned by the public.And the students accused their Alma Master,which brought negative influence on both students and schools,and this requires reflections on the problem.Therefore,because of the students of 90s＇ and the new higher vocational school-running model,the educational management of students should explore new modes subject to the people-oriented education.
