树立人文情怀是计划生育工作的内在伦理要求,也是增强计划生育工作实效的重要举措。在计划生育工作实践中,关注广大群众切身利益,贴心、周到的服务活动,专项关怀活动,以及对计划生育特殊、困难家庭的关怀是体现人文情怀的四个基本途径。
Establishing humanistic care is the internal ethical demand of family planning work,and also a critical step to promote the practical effect of family planning work.Four basic approaches to establishing humanistic care in practicing family planning including showing solicitude for public＇s realistic interests,giving considerate and deliberate service,carrying out particular activities of humanistic care,and giving care for families with special conditions and difficulties in implementing family planning policy.
