摘要
目的探讨我国公共卫生人力资源建设工作。方法分析我国公共卫生人力资源建设的现状及存在的问题,对公共卫生人力资源建设工作提出合理化建议。结果我国公共卫生人力资源建设工作取得了长足进步,但仍存在着一些问题,需进一步改进。结论必须加强公共卫生人力资源建设,提升我国公共卫生工作整体实力。
Objective To investigate the development of our public health human resources.Methods Rational-ization proposals of public health human resources development are put forward through analyzing the current sit-uations and problems.Results Despite progresses achieved,problems which needs further improvement still exist in our public health human resources development.Conclusion Public health human resources development must be strengthened to improve our public health work.
