摘要
乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心是公共卫生体系的网底,承担基本公共卫生服务功能,是政府保障居民公共卫生的枢纽和关键部分。为确保基本公共卫生服务均等化,如何合理配置基层医疗卫生机构公共卫生人力资源就显得尤为重要。该文分析了江苏省基层医疗卫生机构公共卫生人力资源现状和存在的问题,为江苏省公共卫生人力队伍建设提供参考和建议。
Township health centers and community health service centers are the basis of public health system, undertake basic public health service function,is the key part and the hub of the government to protect the residents of public health.To ensure the equalization of basic public health services, how to configure the public health human resources of primary health institutions is very important. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of public health human resources in Jiangsu Province, and provides reference and suggestion for the construction of public health workforce.
