企业工会组织要有所作为,必须融入中心,服务大局,突出重点,在创新机制上下功夫。通过开展有特色、有实效的工作,最大限度地调动、保护和发挥广大职工的积极性,带领广大职工在又好又快发展中建功立业,实现工会工作的创新发展。
The new situation,new tasks and new problems brought new challenges to trade unions in enterprises.Trade unions in enterprises should start from corporate practice and reality,promote corporate development,protect workers＇ rights and interests in reform,improve the quality of trade union cadres,and innovate the concept,content,methods and systems of trade union work in order to play trade union＇s role better.
