摘要
隐性教育就是为适应当代大学生思想观念、思维方式的改变而运用的思想政治教育的有效实现方法与途径。在当前个性张扬的时代,必须推进隐性教育在思想政治教育中的应用,增强思想政治工作的有效性。
Hidden education is a method to adapt the ideas and the way of thinking of the present university students. At present,we must propel the hidden education and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
