摘要
为了解决当前高职院校科技创新中存在的定位不准、能力不强、动力不足等问题,在分析高职院校科技创新能力构成要素的基础上,引入战略协同理论,提出通过校企协同联动提升高职院校科技创新能力的观点,并从完善科技创新体系、健全科技创新制度、优化科技创新环境、强化科技创新管理、培育科技创新精神等方面探讨了具体的对策措施,符合现阶段经济社会发展转型升级对科技创新能力建设的要求。
Problems exist in current scientific and technological innovation in vocational colleges,such as inaccurate allocation,students＇ weak ability,insufficient driving force and so on.This paper puts forward viewpoints to advance scientific and technological innovation capacity by strategic synergy theory and college-enterprise integration,which is based on factor analysis of capacity composition.In addtion,the paper discusses concrete tactics from the aspects of perfecting the system,establishing regulations,optimizing environment,strengthening management and cultivating spirit.These measures meet the request of technological innovation capacity by changing ways of development.
