摘要
本文通过NaOH在较高的温度下水解皮屑,通过正交实验方法确定了从皮革固体废弃物中提取胶原蛋白的最佳工艺,并将提取的胶原蛋白添加到植物纤维中抄造纸张,研究了它对纸张物理性能的影响。结果表明:NaOH在120℃的温度下水解皮屑是提取胶原蛋白的一种有效的方法,提取的胶原蛋白使纸张的物理性能有显著的提高。
In this paper,leather meal was hydrolysed with NaOH solution at higher temperature.The optimum technology of alkline hydrolysis was set up by orthogonal experiment.The collagen extracted from the solid waste of leather industry was added to the paper furnish and the effects of collagen addition on the paper physical property were analysed.The results indicate that alkaline hydrolysis of leather meal at 120℃ is an effective method for extracting collagen,the addition of collagen extracted to the paper furnish can improve the physical property of resulting paper significantly.
