摘要
胶原纤维与植物纤维混合抄片制备了吸音纸,讨论了胶原纤维形态、用量以及纸张厚度对其吸音性能的影响。分析了该吸音纸的吸音原理,建立了吸音系数与松厚度关系的数学模型。研究表明,该吸音纸具有良好的吸音性能,其平均吸音系数在0.5以上。通过改变胶原纤维形态、用量以及纸张松厚度,可以生产具有不同吸音性能的纸张。
A new sound-absorptive material --sound-absorbing paper was manufactured by using collagen fibers and plant fibers as furnish. The bonding between the collagen fibers and plant fibers was introduced briefly, the effect of the collagen fiber morphology, the amount of the collagen fibers and the thickness of the paper on the sound-absorbing efficiency was discussed, the sound-absorbing mechanism of the paper was analyzed, a math model of the relation between paper thickness and sound absorptive index was established The research results indicated: the paper has a good acoustic sound-absorbing properties, its average sound-absorptive index is above 0.5, the papers with different sound-absorbing properties can be produced by changing the morphology and the amount of the collagen fibers, as well as the paper thickness.
