摘要
甲基汞对脑兴奋性神经递质——谷氨酸代谢转运有着一定影响,可造成突触间隙谷氨酸浓度过高,引起神经毒性。该文从甲基汞对谷氨酸代谢转运相关酶、谷氨酸受体、谷氨酸转运体和能量代谢的影响加以论述。
Methylmercury has a certain influence on the transport of glutamate,one of the brain excitatory neurotransmitters,in brain,which leading to the over increased glutamate concentration in synaptic gap,resulting in neurotoxicity.In this paper,methylmercury was elaborated on its influences on the related enzymes,glutamate receptors,glutamate transports and energy metabolism in glutamate transport.
