摘要
目的研究反映颅底、上下颌骨位置之间关系的一些常用的头影测量项目与SNA、SNB、ANB角的相关性。方法选用120例骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类错畸形病例的X线头颅定位侧位片进行头影测量分析,对SNA、SNB、ANB角和其它11项测量项目进行线性回归分析。结果 SNA、SNB、ANB角与多项测量项目存在正相关与负相关关系。结论 SNA、SNB、ANB角作为反映颅底,上下颌骨位置关系重要评价指标,受诸多因素的影响,在评价时需要与其他相关因素综合分析。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between SNA,SNB or ANB angle and other measurement items as the indicator of the relationship of cranial base,maxilla and mandible.Methods Lateral cephalograms of 120 persons with skeletal Class Ⅰ,Ⅱ or Ⅲ malocclusions were traced and measured,and a liner regression analysis was applied to determine the correlation between SNA,SNB,ANB angle and other 11 measurement items.Results Most items had positive or negative correlation with SNA,SNB or ANB angle.Conclusions Although SNA,SNB and ANB angle are considered as critical parameters in evaluating the relationship of cranial base,maxilla and mandible,the combining application of SNA,SNB,ANB angle and other items is reliable in diagnosis due to the influences of other relative factors.
