摘要
目的探讨HLA-DQ/DP等位基因与粤籍汉族斑秃及中医证型的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)分型技术,对51例粤籍汉族斑秃患者的HLA-DQ/DP等位基因进行检测,并与110名粤籍汉族健康人群进行对照。结果 HLA-DQA1*0201、DQA1*0601、DQB1*0501、DQB1*0602、DPA1*0103基因频率斑秃组显著高于对照组,有极显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);DQB1*0301、DPA1*0201基因频率斑秃组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);DQA1*0301气血两虚证基因频率显著高于其他证型(P<0.05)。结论 HLA-DQA1*0201、DQA1*0601、DQB1*0501、DQB1*0602、DPA1*0103可能是斑秃的易感基因,DQB1*0301、DPA1*0201可能是斑秃的保护基因,DQB1*0301主要与重型组有关,DQB1*0501、DPA1*0103则与轻型组相关,DQA1*0301可能是气血两虚证的易感基础。
Objective To identify the HLA-DQ/DP alleles associated with alopecia areata(AA)and the sub-types differentiated based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory in Chinese Han people of Yue region.Methods HLADQ/DP alleles of 51 alopecia areata patients were detected by polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primer(PCRSSP),under the comparison with 110 healthy persons of Yue region.Results The frequence of HLA-DQA1*0201,DQA1*0601,DQB1*0501,DQB1*0602,DPA1*0103 alleles increased obviously in alopecia areata group compared with control group(P0.05 or P0.01).The frequence of DQB1*0301,DPA1*0201 alleles decreased in alopecia areata group compared with control group(P0.05).The frequence of DQA1*0301 from the patient with the sub-type"Qixue-Buzu"was much higher than that of other sub-types(P0.05).Conclusion HLA-DQA1*0201,DQA1*0601,DQB1*0501,DQB1*0602,DPA1*0103 alleles might be predisposing genes for alopecia areata in Han people of Yue region,and DQB1*0301,DPA1*0201 alleles might be protective genes from alopecia areata.DQB1*0301 might be related to the dangerous group,and DQB1*0501,DPA1*0103 might be related to the lighe illness group.DQA1*0301 might be predisposing genes for the subtype"Qixue-Buzu"of alopecia areata.
