摘要 近年来的研究表明,胆汁酸与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。胆汁酸可以通过氧化应激、慢性炎症、核受体信号转导等途径影响肿瘤的形成过程,对肿瘤细胞生长、凋亡产生一定影响。 It has been recently suggested that bile acids is closely related to tumorigenesis. Bile acids might interfere in the formation and development of tumor via oxidative stress, chronic inflammation and nuclear receptor signal transduction, and also influences tumor cell growth and apoptosis.
