摘要
目的探讨义齿软硬衬材料应用后,患者对总义齿满意度的变化。方法选择初次接受总义齿修复的无牙颌患者18例,随机分为2组。试验组应用软硬衬材料对义齿进行交替重衬处理,对照组总义齿组织面未做特别处理。使用全口义齿满意度调查表评价不同时期2组患者对义齿的主观感受。结果试验组总义齿使用2周、1个月及1年时的舒适程度及固位稳定满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与使用软衬比较,试验组义齿更换硬衬后2周时的满意度较低(P<0.05),1个月及6个月时的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论义齿软硬衬材料的联合应用可提高牙槽嵴低平患者对总义齿的早期适应性,取得良好的修复效果。
Objective To investigate the influence of soft and hard relining materials on satisfaction of complete dentures.Methods Eighteen edentulous patients who experienced poor in using complete denture were chosen for the study and randomly divided into two groups.Dentures of experiment group were received relining method on soft denture liner in combination with hard relining materials.Nine patients selected according to conventional methods for denture served as the control group.The satisfactions were assessed by satisfaction questionnaires.Results Compared with control group at the same time point,comfort and stability of experiment group was higher after wearing new dentures for 2 weeks,1 month,1 year（P0.01）.The satisfactions after soft denture liner was used in complete denture of experiment group for 2 weeks was improved compared with the use of hard relining materials（P0.05）,but was similar to one month and 6 month after wearing（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of soft and hard relining materials improve the initial suitability of complete denture for the edentulous patients with severe resorption of residual ridge.
