摘要
目的评价两种硬衬材料在全口义齿衬垫中的远期使用效果。方法选择32位全口义齿固位效果差的无牙颌患者,分别应用德山rebaseⅡ型衬垫材料和YJ-F自凝仿生义齿基托树脂进行椅旁衬垫,于第6、12及24月复查,分别将固位效果、咀嚼效率等主观指标和结构完整性、表面细节、颜色、异味等客观指标分4个等级进行检测,对其数据采用卡方检验统计分析。结果两种硬衬材料衬垫后患者的固位力和咀嚼效率评分均提高。德山rebaseⅡ型衬垫材料在第24月的应用指标95.3%显示为优良,仅在第24月结构完整性有轻度下降;YJ-F自凝仿生义齿基托树脂的应用指标75.0%显示为优良,变化主要集中于表面细节、颜色和异味。结论硬衬材料有助于提高全口义齿的固位力及咀嚼效率,德山rebaseⅡ型衬垫材料较YJ-F自凝仿生义齿基托树脂有着更为良好的临床性能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of two hard relining materials in the complete denture over a two-year period. Methods 32 edentulous patients who experienced poor retention when using complet denture were chosen for the study and randondy received two hard relining materials(Tokuyama Rebase Ⅱ , YJ-F base resine Ⅱ ). The clinical performance of materials was evaluated using subjective patient(retention, chewing efficiency)and objective material parameters (physical integrity, surface detail, color and odour) in 6, 12 and 24 months. Data were analyzed by chisquare tests. Results Scores of retention and chewing efficiency of denture were improved after relining. At the 24th month,95.3 % of the objective material parameters of Tokuyama Rebase Ⅱ were excellent. Small changes were found in physical in- tegTity.75.0% of the objective material parameters of YJ-F base resine Ⅱ were good. The largest changes were found in surface detail, color and odour. Conclusion Hard relining was a good means to improve the denture' s retention and chewing efficiency. Compared with YJ-F base resine Ⅱ , Tokuyama Rebase Ⅱ provided superior results.
