摘要
应用激光表面热处理技术对API油管螺纹表面进行淬火,在保证原机体钢级屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击功等力学性能的条件下,既不改变螺纹的几何尺寸精度,又能增强螺纹的表面硬度和耐磨、耐蚀性能,提高油管的使用寿命,可有效解决采油作业中的油管粘扣问题。
Laser surface heat treatment technology for API thread surface hardening was used,at the condition of the original body yield strength,tensile strength,elongation and impact energy of the mechanical properties ensured,not to change the thread geometry accuracy but to improve the surface hardness of thread.The thread wear and corrosion resistance was enhanced,the useful life of the tubing was improved,the tubing thread damage problem in the oil field operations can be effectively solved.
