电喷雾离子化多级质谱对几种放线菌素特征碎片的分析

摘要 应用电喷雾多级质谱法分析3种具有代表性的放线菌素:放线菌素D(Act-D)、放线菌素X2(Act-X2)和7氨基放线菌素D(7AAD)的碎片离子,通过分析归纳获得放线菌素类在质谱负离子模式下的裂解规律。该结果可应用于放线菌素类的快速结构解析、定量分析和药代动力学研究。 Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometric method was applied to the investigation of structural characterization of three Actinomycins: Actinomycin D (Act-D), Actinomycin X2 (Act-X2) and 7-aminoactinomycin D (TAAD). The fragmentation patterns and structural assignment of these Actinomycins in MS under negative mode were discussed. These characteristic fragmentation patterns are useful in rapid structural identification, quantitative analysis and pharmacokinetic study of actinomycin compounds.
