摘要
文章利用水热法成功制备二氧化钛纳米线,对制作样品进行不同温度的退火处理,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析表征二氧化钛纳米线的成份与晶型,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对TiO_2纳米线的形貌进行了分析表征。
This paper hydrothermal method was successfully prepared titanium dioxide nanowires, the samples at different temperatures of annealing, X--ray diffraction (XRD) to characterize the titanium dioxide nanowires composition and crystal structure, using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) on the morphology of TiO2 nanowires were characterized.
