摘要
从比较成熟的有限元基本理论出发,建立具有吸收边界45号钢的二维有限元计算机模型。由波场快照图清晰地显示了声波传播的情况,通过A-扫描曲线上底面回波到达时间计算出的区域厚度和实际相符,从而验证了模拟结果的正确性。应用有限元模拟方法所得结果对实际应用有一定的参考意义。
A two-dimensional finite element model has been developed by the principle of finite element method in 45# steel.The snapshots display the ultrasonic propagation.The accuracy of results is confirmed by the thickness which is worked out from the echo information in A-scan curves.The simulation results are useful to the practical application.
