含蜡原油溶蜡点和析蜡点测定方法的比较 被引量:16

Comparison of Determination Method for Wax Melting Point and Wax Precipitation Point of Waxy Crude Oil

摘要 析蜡点和溶蜡点是表征原油析蜡过程的重要参数,在相同的实验条件下,溶蜡点比析蜡点更接近于固液相平衡点。参照原油析蜡点的测定方法,分别利用流变仪和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了大庆原油的溶蜡点,并与相同温变条件下测定的析蜡点进行比较。结果表明:利用流变仪测得的溶蜡点比析蜡点高12℃,利用DSC测定的溶蜡点比析蜡点高18℃;根据2种仪器的测量原理,利用DSC实验测得的结果更准确。 Wax precipitation point and wax melting point are the important parameters that can characterize wax melting process,Under the same experimental conditions,the wax melting point is much closer to the equilibrium point of solid phase and liquid phase than wax precipitation point,According to the determination method of wax precipitation point of crude oil,the wax melting point of Daqing Crud Oil is determined separately by the rheometer and the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),and compared by the wax precipitation point obtained at the same temperature condition.The results show that the wax melting point measured by rheometer is 12 ℃ higher than wax precipitation point,wax melting point determined by DSC is 18 ℃ higher than wax precipitati-on point-Based on the measuring principle of two instruments,it is believed that result obtained by DSC is more accurate.
