摘要 利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对原油的析蜡特性进行分析,并得到了析蜡过程的热谱图和dh/d T-T曲线。以大庆原油为研究对象,对dh/d T-T曲线进行分析,探讨了加热理温度、温降速率对析蜡点的影响。结果表明:加热温度高于溶蜡点温度时,析蜡点随温变化小;加热温度低于溶蜡点温度,析蜡点随温度的降低先增大后减小。温降速率越大,析蜡点越低。 The wax precipitation characteristics of crude oil were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the thermal spectra and dh/dT-T curves were obtained. Taking Daqing crude oil as the research object, the dh/dT-T curve was analyzed, and effect of heat treatment temperature and temperature drop rate on the wax precipitation point was discussed. The results show that when the heating temperature is higher than the melting point temperature, the wax precipitation point change with the temperature is small; when the heating temperature is lower than the melting point temperature, the wax precipitation point first increases and then decreases with the decrease of the temperature. The greater the temperature drop rate, the lower the wax precipitation point.
