摘要
目的 分析基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2在原发性输卵管腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其作为肿瘤标志物与该肿瘤的临床分期、病理分级及患者预后的关系.方法 材料选自28份原发性输卵管腺癌及26份正常输卵管组织的存档石蜡包埋标本,采用免疫组化EliVisionTMplus法检测基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2的表达,并对其进行统计分析.结果 在28份原发性输卵管腺癌标本中,基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2的阳性表达率为64.3%,高于正常输卵管组织的26.9%,经比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.479,P<0.05);基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2在原发性输卵管腺癌病例中的表达随临床分期、肿瘤细胞分化程度加重而呈上升趋势(均P<0.05,Fisher Exact Test).结论 在原发性输卵管腺癌中,基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-2有较高程度的表达,有可能作为原发性输卵管腺癌的肿瘤标志物用于判断其恶性程度及患者预后情况.
Objectives To study expression of TIMP-2 protein in primary adenocarcinoma of fallopian tube and explore relationships of TIMP-2 as a tumor marker with clinical stage, pathological classifications of adenocarcinoma of fallopian tube and prognosis of the patient. Methods Expressions of TIMP-2 protein in 26 paraffin imbedded specimens of normal fallopian tubes and 28 paraffin imbedded specimens of primary adenocarcinoma of fallopian tube were detected by using immunohistochemical EliVisionWMplus method. The data were analysed statistically. Results The positive expression rate of TIMP-2 among 28 specimens of primary adenocarcinoma of fallopian tube was 64.3% , which was higher than 26.9% in 26 specimens of normal fallopian tube tissues and the difference was significant(x2 = 7. 479, P 〈 0.05 ). Furthermore, expression of TIMP-2 protein showed an elevated tendency along with progression of clinical stage of the tumor and aggravation of differentiation degree of tumor cells (both P 〈 0.05, Fisher Exact Test). Conclusion TIMP-2 is expressed at higher levels in primary adenocarcinoma of fallopian tube. TIMP-2 can be used as a tumor marker to judge malignancy of the tumor and predict prognosis of the patient with primary adenocarcinoma of fallopian tube.
