原发性高血压患者血尿酸水平与颈动脉内-中膜厚度及左室重构的相关性 被引量:7

Correlation of uric acid and intima-media thickness in carotid artery and left ventricular mass index in patients with essential hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血尿酸(UA)水平与颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及左室质量指数(LVMI)的相关性。方法:EH患者105例经颈动脉和心脏超声检查分别被分为IMT正常组、增厚组和斑块组;LVMI正常组和LVMI增高组。同时检测UA。结果:①LVMI正常组和LVMI增高组UA水平分别为(363.34±58.33)、(432.51±48.82)μmol/L,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②颈动脉IMT正常组、增厚组和斑块组UA分别为(303.85±78.59)、(372.30±95.35)和(436.51±61.16)μmol/L,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EH患者UA水平与患者的颈动脉粥样硬化以及左室肥厚有密切相关性。 Objective:To explore the correlation of uric acid(UA)with intima-media thickness(IMT)in carotid artery as and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Method:A total of 105cases was divided into IMT normal group,IMT increased group and plaques group,or LVMI normal group and LVMI increased group by carotid and cardiac ultrasonography.UA was measured in each group.Result: UA in LVMI normal group and LVMI increased group were(363.34±58.33)and(432.51±48.82)μmol/L,respectively(P0.05).UA in IMT normal group,IMT increased group and plaques group were(303.85± 78.59),(372.30±95.35)and(436.51±61.16)μmol/L,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion:The level of UA is correlated with artery artherosclerosis and left ventricular thickness in patient with EH.
