摘要
炎性体(inflammasome)是一种多蛋白复合体,它能介导半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-1(capsase-1)激活,促进致炎细胞因子IL-18和IL-1β分泌和成熟,在炎症反应和天然免疫中发挥主要作用。研究表明,炎性体在一些自身炎症性疾病中有着重要的作用。痛风是自身炎症性疾病的一种,近来的研究已确立炎性体活化与痛风发病的关系。本文就炎性体特别是NALP3炎性体的结构和功能及其在痛风中的作用作一综述。
Inflammasome,a multiprotein complex,which plays a key role in the inflammatory response and innate immune,can activates caspase-1 and promotes the secretion and maturity of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-18 and interleukin 1 beta(IL-1beta).Studies had shown that inflammasome plays important roles in several auto-inflammatory diseases.Gout,as an auto-inflammatory arthritis,is associated with inflammasome activity confirmed by recent researches.In the paper,we review the recent advances in the structure and function of inflammasomes,particular NALP3,and their roles in the pathogenesis of gout.
