摘要
薪酬是人力资源管理非常重要的工具。尽管薪酬不是激励员工的唯一手段,但薪酬激励却是最容易被管理者运用的一种激励方式。文章通过对薪酬管理在施工企业激励机制中的作用、存在的问题进行分析,对施工企业如何发挥薪酬管理的激励作用提出了建议。
Salary management refers to an important tool for human resource management.Even though it is not the only means to motivate employees,salary management is one of the easier ways to be used by managers.Based on its role playing in construction enterprises' incentive mechanism,the article analyzes the problems in it and puts forward some suggestion how construction enterprises to give full play to the incentive role of salary management.
