摘要
针对高扬程农用多级泵,提出了一种带凹槽结构的新型平衡鼓,理论分析了该结构对降低平衡鼓间隙泄漏以及提高平衡鼓平衡能力的影响。利用CFD软件模拟分析了传统平衡鼓和带凹槽平衡鼓在相同工况下间隙处的流动情况及平衡鼓两侧的压差情况。通过离心泵轴向力试验装置,对采用不同平衡鼓时,试验装置的效率、扬程以及止推轴承处所受轴向力的大小进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:带凹槽新型平衡鼓结构增大了平衡鼓与平衡鼓套间隙处的阻力,减少了间隙处的泄漏量,提高了泵的效率;增大了平衡鼓两侧压差,有利于平衡鼓平衡轴向力。
The paper presents a new type of balance drum which with groove structure,and theoretical analyses the impact on reducing leakage and improving the balanced capacity of balance drum by this structure for agricultural multi stage pump.It simulate analyses the situation that the flow of gap and the pressure on both sides of the balance drum in the same operating conditions by CFD both the traditional balance drum and the balance drum with grooves.Through the centrifugal axial force test device,comparative analyses the efficiency,the pumping head and the axial force on thrust bearing of the test device with different balance drums.The results indicate that the groove structure increase the resistance of the gap between balance drum and balance drum set,reduce the gap leakage,increase the efficiency,enhance the pressure on both sides of the balance drum and is propitious to improve the balanced capacity of balance drum.
