新疆天山北部地区加工番茄上ToMV和CMV的动态分析 被引量:7

Population Dynamics of Tomato Mosaic Virus and Cucumber Mosaic Virus of Processing Tomato in the North of Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang

摘要 为研究加工番茄上ToMV和CMV消长动态,采用RT-PCR方法对新疆天山北部6个地区采集的加工番茄样品进行了分子检测。结果表明:不同地区的138份加工番茄样品中,石河子、奎屯、乌苏的样品在存在CMV和ToMV,并以CMV为主,ToMV次之;从石河子蔬菜研究所,按不同品种不同时间采集的加工番茄660份样品中,CMV的检出率为21.5%,ToMV的检出率为12.1%,2种病毒的复合检出率为8.9%,病毒的检出率明显低于往年;CMV和ToMV分别在6月25和7月11日左右开始发生,CMV比ToMV早发生10-15 d。2种病毒的发生高峰期都在8月中下旬,复合侵染发病期在7月下旬;品种间2种病毒的消长动态没有明显的差异。 The population dynamics of the processing tomato samples collected from six regions in the north of Tianshan mountains were detected by RT-PCR.Among 138 processing tomato samples collected from different regions,CMV and ToMV were detected in Shihezi,Kuitun and Wusu.Among 660 processing tomato samples collected from different varieties and different periods in the Shihezi Vegetable Institute,the incidences of CMV and ToMV were 21.5% and 12.1% respectively,and the mixed infection was 8.9%.The beginning occurrence of CMV and ToMV appears in June 25 and July 11 respectively.The occurrence of CMV is 10-15 days earlier than that of ToMV.The peak period of ToMV and CMV were all in middle and late August,and the mixed infection was at the end of July.There was no obvious difference for the dynamics of ToMV and CMV among varieties.
