摘要
将缺氧/好氧(A/O)工艺与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维超滤膜组合成为一体式膜生物反应器,并应用于印染废水处理.对该工艺的最佳工况进行了研究,试验结果表明:水力停留时间(HydraulicRetention Time,HRT)为30 h,曝气量在0.560.8 m3/h(DO在3.05.0 mg/L)之间,pH为8.0左右,水温控制为25℃左右的工艺运行条件是比较高效的.在此工艺条件下,用该装置对印染废水进行处理,出水水质优异,优于《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》
Anoxic/Oxic (A/O) process and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVI)F) hollow fiber membrane filtration were combined to be a MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) used for the treatment of dyestuff wastewater. The optimum operation condition was investigated. The results showed that it was high efficiency when HRT(Hydraulic Retention Time) was 30 h, aeration rate was 0. 56-0. 8 m^3/h(dissolved oxygen was 3. 0-5.0 mg/L), pH was about 8. 0, and water temperature was controlled about 25 C. Operated under this condition, the quality of effluent is excellent and better than that of the 1st standard of Pollutants Discharging Standard of Dyestuff Industry.
